Stop suffering, resolve issues that constantly torment you as soon as possible. You don't pay attention to them and often live in constant suffering, not addressing issues but resigning to them. Solve the things that torment you. For example, if you constantly argue with your wife or partner - talk nicely for a long time to express your desire to live in peace and to avoid conflicts with you - it will help. If you're unhappy with your workload - talk to management to hire an additional employee, or start looking for an easier job, or something else. Find the best solution for you and when solved - stop suffering. There is always a solution, if you can't think of one, search and Google it.
