Most people work without noticing how they can improve their work efficiency and ease. Use at least one tool learned from colleagues, friends, Google, or other people. Inquire and ask, maybe it's just a more comfortable chair, or software tool, or advice, or assistant from another work area, or assistant for training. Implement new thing with personnel in your work.
